To give you ultimate flexibility, we offer a choice of three fixed-fee packages.

Premium and Premium+ include all of the outstanding core services we use to market and sell properties, but you can choose when you want to pay. Up front with Premium is our most cost-effective package, however you may want to choose Premium+ which allows you to pay on completion — in effect no sale, no fee.

Our Exclusive package adds a number of unrivalled high-end touches which are used to greatly enhance the promotion of your property. This includes services such as premium listing on Rightmove, a bespoke video tour, and accompanied viewings.
