Founded in 2017, we created Chalk Street Estates to bring a refreshing change to the estate agency market.
We have achieved this through outstanding customer service, innovative marketing, and lower fixed fees.
With a high street presence, our large and experienced team offers genuine local expertise, and is there at every step from listing to completion.
Our ethos is built on transparency. We believe the commission charging model is outdated and the days of sky-high fees, poor photography and second-rate customer service should be a thing of the past.
This is why we only use professional photographers, floor plans come as standard, and our fixed pricing is clearly advised — inclusive of VAT — with no nasty surprises. As a result we have won numerous awards and are rated “Excellent” on Trustpilot, with hundreds of 5-star reviews.
