How we do it

Pre-tenancy, our technology ensures a smooth process for tenants to complete digital checks for ID, credit, residency, right to rent, and income. Our easy-to-use client interface keeps a full electronic audit trail of all items such as Tenancy agreements, referencing, IDs, EPC, Gas Safety, Electrical certification, Deposit scheme, right to rent checks, inventory reports, inspection reports and more.
So unlike dealing with paperwork which causes unnecessary delays, our online processes mean we can get tenants into properties much quicker – perfect for them and for the landlord.
And once the property is rented, both the tenant and landlord get an app which allows them to view and manage the rental, whether it’s electronic storage of documents, reporting any issues, to making and dealing with payments.
