We work hard to marketing all the properties we deal with, and we achieve outstanding results. Be it our sales or rental properties, each gets its own bespoke marketing campaign and we leave no stone unturned; so in addition to social media and online promotion, our sales team works proactively – with knowledge of interested buyers and renters – so we can often identify an interested party, getting in touch with them before a property even goes online.

No hidden surprises
We are transparent with our fees, which are clearly displayed up front, and there are no hidden charges. Since 2014 it has been a legal requirement for estate agents to display fees on their website and marketing material, but many still don’t. And unlike some, we don’t charge for mandatory anti money laundering checks, nor do we force buyers into the illegal practice ‘conditional selling’, for example only putting in an offer if you speak to an affiliated mortgage broker. While some agents look to exploit every opportunity to extract cash from their clients, at Chalk Street we do not agree with such old fashioned and unprofessional sales practices.
