Let Only is our entry level package where we find you a tenant and get you up and running in the letting of your property. You then take on the rent collection and property management responsibilities.
Rent collection is where we also deal with collection of payments on your behalf with access to same day payments, our professional payment platform and owner app with immediate access to digital statements and comprehensive transaction reporting.
Full management is our top package that includes all the above plus day to day management of your property, liaising with your tenant, helping with quotes, repairs, maintenance, out-of-hours emergency repairs, ongoing management of essential compliance plus serving of appropriate notices.
