Simple and stress-free sales

How we do it
Instruct us for a fixed fee
When you are happy with our valuation and package, you can then instruct us to sell your property for as little as £2,500 inclusive of VAT.
Professional photography and floor plans
We provide professional photographers who’ll truly capture the best images of your property. We’ll also draw up a RICS compliant, detailed floor plan, and provide an EPC if required.
Marketing your property
We will advertise your home on all major property portals, as well as our website and social media channels. We also maintain an extensive client database where our state of the art software will match your property with pre-screened buyers, who we then contact via traditional methods.
Viewings, feedback and offers
We screen potential buyers, remove time wasters, and arrange viewings for those in a strong position. Then we gather and discuss all feedback with you. Once an offer is received, our professional negotiators will financially qualify the potential buyer, and verify their position.
Sale to completion
Our sales progression team will keep tight control on all aspects of the after sales process, from staying in regular contact with solicitors, brokers, surveyors, and liaising with other agents up and down the chain to ensure your sale gets across the line.
