To celebrate our successful first 3 months in business, we’re offering one lucky winner the chance to sell their property for FREE.

Before Chalk Street, homeowners who were looking to sell their home through a local agency were facing commission-based fees. By offering to sell your home for just £1200, we want people to know there is a new, better way to buy and sell property in Havering. So we’re offering a competition to sell a lucky winner’s home at absolutely no cost what so ever.

Not planning on moving home but know someone who is? We’ll happily accept a friend or family member to receive the free house listing if you are to win.

How to enter

Terms & Conditions

1. Competition will run from 02/06/2017 to 16/06/2017.
2. The competition prize is a standard package house listing courtesy of Chalk Street Estates. Full details of the standard package can be found here.
3. The competition prize will remain valid for one use until 31/12/2017 and may only be used on a property within the London Borough of Havering.
4. To obtain entry to the competition, a customer must like the facebook page and the Facebook post advertising the campaign here.
5. The winners will be drawn after the competition ends and contacted directly, as well as in a comment on the Facebook post. If Chalk Street Estates are unable to contact the winner within 3 days or should a winner be unable to accept their prize, Chalk Street Estates reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. The winner will be drawn at random.
7. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK excluding Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Chalk Street Estates, their families or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
8. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Chalk Street Estates.
9. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Chalk Street Estates and accordingly Chalk Street Estates may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Chalk Street Estates as a result thereof.
