At Chalk Street, our role goes far beyond sales and lettings. We live and work in the same neighbourhoods as our clients, and we believe that being part of a community means contributing to it in meaningful ways. Supporting local people, families and causes is simply a part of who we are.
Who we support
Giving back to those who serve
As a small way of saying thank you, we offer discounted fees to NHS workers, as well as serving military and veterans of the UK Armed Forces. It’s our way of recognising the dedication, sacrifice and service shown by those who care for and protect others every day.
Haven House Children’s Hospice
We are a local business partner of Haven House Children’s Hospice, an incredible charity that supports children with life-limiting conditions, and their families. Haven House provides specialist nursing care alongside emotional support in a warm, loving environment.
Supporting Zain’s Journey
Zain Falzon is a remarkable teenage boy who is fighting stage 4 cancer every day. First diagnosed in 2022, Zain has been through numerous operations and therapy, and his treatment is ongoing. We remain supporters of Zain’s journey.

Supporting local sport
We are passionate about local sport and over the years have sponsored junior football teams at grass roots level, we have provided sports kit for schools, and more.
As long term supporters of Hornchurch Football Club, we are proud sponsors and our logo can be seen across the ‘Chalk Street End’ at their home matches.
